TRX Push Hiit

TRX PUSH HITT IS A CLASS UTILIZING TRX AND YOUR BODY WEIGHT TO PROVIDE THE RESISTANCE. THE EXERCISES PERFORMED WILL BE A COMBINATION OF STRENGTH AND CARDIO MOVEMENTS. THE STRENGTH MOVEMENTS WILL BE FOCUSING ON USING CHEST, SHOULDERS, TRICEPS, QUADRICEPS AND CORE.

TRX Pull Hiit

TRX PULL HITT IS A CLASS UTILIZING TRX AND YOUR BODY WEIGHT TO PROVIDE THE RESISTANCE. THE EXERCISES PERFORMED WILL BE A COMBINATION OF STRENGTH AND CARDIO MOVEMENTS. THE STRENGTH MOVEMENTS WILL BE FOCUSING ON USING BACK, BICEPS, HAMSTRINGS AND CORE.

THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE THROUGH A VARIETY OF INTENSE GROUP INTERVALS DURING A 30 MINUTE OR 50 MINUTE CLASS.
